Sandy should have made part of the commission from the purchasing REALTOR having to guide them during closing. Other side was very sloppy and it took Sandy to keep the whole thing on track, really went above and beyond. It's unfortunate to me not being in the industry to realize that there are such disparities between competency and representation. Sandy is a professional through and through, his success and referrals point to that. In a competitive market it's important to have things that differentiate you from others, he has all of the tools, knowledge, and experience to do just that.
